Dubai's Deyaar extends property portfolio with UAE's Belhasa
Deyaar Property Mangement will provide a variety of services for Belhasa's mixed-use buildings in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah
A unit of Dubai's Deyaar Development has partnered with Belhasa International to manage the latter’s mixed-used buildings across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah.
Through the partnership, Deyaar Property Management (DPM) will deliver a wide range of services, including leasing assistance, legal advisory services, landlord relations, property inspections, building services, and property management consulting services, to Belhasa International.
Speaking on the deal, Saeed Ahmed Saif Belhasa, managing director of Belhasa International Company, said: “By partnering with Deyaar for its property management services, we have found a reputable and reliable partner to ensure that our properties are attractive to investors, with the added reassurance of working with a professional company for any management related requirements.”
DPM's vice president, Ahmed Al Suwaidi, added: “Property management aims to enhance customers’ overall experience in a property and increase its value, because satisfied tenants drive an increase in occupancy rates."
Deyaar Development is one of the most recognised names in the UAE’s property market. September 2018 saw the developer announce that the Afnan and Dania districts at its Midtown development in Dubai had reached the halfway construction mark. Belhasa Engineering and Contracting Company is the main contractor for both districts, after winning a $163m (AED600m) contract for the project in July 2017.
Dubai-listed Deyaar also awarded a main construction contract to Condor Building Contracting for its Bella Rose project in Dubai Science Park in September 2018.
