Bahrain's first property technology (proptech) company, named Estater, has launched, marking a milestone for the kingdom, where startups are receiving major support through initiatives by Bahrain Economic Development Board, Tamkeen, and Startup Bahrain.

The Estater app provides a platform to search for, list, and manage properties.

Estater launched its operations in India, and is also present in Kuwait.

Commenting on Estater’s Bahrain launch, managing director, Sanjay Goyal, said: “A favourable business environment for international investors, coupled with good regional connectivity, makes Bahrain an ideal choice for us.

“The real estate value chain in the region is up for several exciting changes, and Estater will be one of the change agents,” added Goyal.
