Maintenance Management Group (MMG) Overseas has established a new facilities management consultancy arm in the UAE.

Facility Masters Overseas (FMO), based in Dubai, is a boutique agency aimed at high-end iconic projects and will operate across the Middle East and globally.

FMO has already been appointed to carry out the design review, strategy, cost modelling and handover/implementation plan for the CMA Tower (Capital Markets Authority) in Riyadh, KSA, in addition to mixed use master developments in Damascus and Beirut. It is also working on other prestigious projects across the region.

Speaking about the new company, Martin Gregory, Managing Director of FMO, said, “With an increasing awareness of what facility management consultancy services can do, in terms of Developer and Owner cost mitigation and planning, from the inception of a project right through to the operation, now is the perfect time to launch FMO. We have a strong track record within the team, with unrivalled international and regional experience, and will be offering our services to some of the most exciting projects in the Middle East and beyond.”

FMO offers consultancy services on projects from start to finish, including design reviews; operational strategies; FM procurement; and financial modelling.

Youssef Abillama, CEO, MMG Overseas Limited added, “FMO will be offering a high level bespoke consultancy service throughout the region. Strategically, this will allow FMO to enter iconic projects at preliminary and subsequent stages in their lifecycle, and to provide MMG’s existing customers and projects with exposure to regional best practice.”
