Qatar-based Aertssen Machinery Services Middle East has taken delivery of a Terex CC 2400-1.
The lattice boom crawler crane has a maximum lifting capacity of 400 tonnes, and a maximum load moment of 5,168tm.
The lifting and transport outfit, which is an existing Terexcustomer, plans to use its latest addition in the oil and gas, and construction sectors, primarily.
“This is the perfect machine for us,” commented Aertssen’s Tony Nuyts.
“Extremely versatile with impressive load charts, it delivers proven reliability and performance. It was our preferred choice from the start. Terex [has] also been very supportive throughout the purchasing process, which is all-important with such a major investment,” he added.
The Terex CC 2400-1 that has been delivered to Aertssen is equipped with a main boom, a luffing jib, and the manufacturer’s Superlift system. Cristian Kassner, Terex’s senior sales manager for the Middle East, believes that his client’s most recent acquisition will further cement the companies’ relationship.
“I’m delighted that the CC 2400-1 was the customer’s first choice,” he said. “We enjoy an excellent working relationship with Tony Nuyts and his team, and I’m confident that this latest purchase will only serve to reinforce that relationship.”
