The project calls for construction of Mohammed Bin Rashid City. The development is a planned mixed-use development in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The city is to contain four components. The first is the family tourism, including a park able to receive 35 million visitors yearly. The second is the retail, including the Mall of the World, planned to be the largest shopping mall in the world. The third is arts component and the forth will be the entrepreneurship and innovation component. The city will be located between Emirates Road and Al Khail Road
Dubai ruler Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum announced plans to build the city in November 2012.
