Scope:
Al Khiran Pearl City is a waterside development covers an area of 6.4 million square metres. The city located 85km south of Kuwait City. The development will eventually be home to a population of around 100,000 people. There are two natural tidal creeks at the site.
Schedule:
The new city is expected to take up to 25 years to complete. Buro Happold is a masterplan consultant.
