Road lanes will be added as part of the project that also covers electrical networks, traffic signs, and pedestrian bridges

Kuwait’s Minister of Public Works and Minister of State for Housing, Dr Jenan Boushehri, has signed an agreement valued at $356m (KWD109m) for infrastructure development, including roads, within Al-Mutlaa City's southern residential area.

A Kuna report quoting Boushehri stated that once developed, the project would link the city with other adjacent areas.

Acting director-general of Public Authority for Roads and Transportation (Part), Suha Ashkanani, said that more lanes would be added to existing roads towards the entrance of Al-Mutlaa City.

Electrical networks, traffic signs, pedestrian bridges, and other utilities will be also be constructed as part of the project.
