Bond Interiors wins fit-out contract for Dubai's Jumeirah Beach Hotel

Contract to deliver fitness club, restaurant, and spa marks repeat win for Bond, which renovated Jumeirah Beach Hotel last year

Bond Interiors has reportedly been awarded a contract to deliver additional fit-out works at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, a five-star property that it renovated ahead of its relaunch in 2018, marking a repeat win for the Dubai-based company. 

Jumeirah Beach Hotel is operated by Jumeirah, which is owned by Dubai Holding.

According to Construction Week’s sister title Commercial Interior Design, Bond Interiors will deliver a three-storey fitness club, the Fika restaurant, and a spa within Jumeirah Beach Hotel.

The contractor’s renovation programme at Jumeirah Beach Hotel included the delivery of full fit-out services – including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installation – of the hotel’s 46 luxury suites, as well as ground- and first-floor public areas.
