Bond Interiors has reportedly been awarded a contract to deliver additional fit-out works at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, a five-star property that it renovated ahead of its relaunch in 2018, marking a repeat win for the Dubai-based company.

Jumeirah Beach Hotel is operated by Jumeirah, which is owned by Dubai Holding.

According to Construction Week’s sister title Commercial Interior Design, Bond Interiors will deliver a three-storey fitness club, the Fika restaurant, and a spa within Jumeirah Beach Hotel.

The contractor’s renovation programme at Jumeirah Beach Hotel included the delivery of full fit-out services – including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installation – of the hotel’s 46 luxury suites, as well as ground- and first-floor public areas.
