Construction progress has been noted on the ‘Mobility for the Future’-themed Thailand Pavilion of Expo 2020 Dubai, with Arcade Star Construction involved as main contractor for the project on which foundation works are nearing completion.
Site development was revealed by the team behind the Thai pavilion on its official Instagram and Twitter accounts.
Expo 2020 Dubai's Thailand Pavilion is located on a 3,606m² of plot within the Mobility District of the next World Expo.
Bangkok-headquartered Index Creative Village is the project management consultant of the Thai pavilion, with the company having worked on the South Asian country’s World Expo pavilions for more than a decade.

Op3 Expo, Design 103 International, and Design House Engineering Consultancy are also involved with the construction of Thailand Pavilion.
Digital Economy Promotion Agency – part of Thailand’s Ministry of Digital Economy and Society – is managing the country's participation in Expo 2020 Dubai.
The arched entrance of Thai pavilion takes inspiration from local architecture motifs, such as the Chom Hae shape, the pagoda of Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn), and the gable of a traditional Thai house, according to information published on the website of Expo 2020 Dubai Thailand.
