UK consultancy Turner & Townsend has been appointed country project manager for a third consecutive time following its 12-month contract renewal with Nissan in Dubai, as part of which the company will be responsible for maintaining retail standards across the Japanese automotive business’s Middle East outlets.

Turner & Townsend will be responsible for 19 Nissan hubs in the UAE, Lebanon, Jordan, Kuwait, and Bahrain, all of which will be migrated to Nissan’s latest retail concept designs.

The commission will see Turner & Townsend oversee project initiation and design management for Nissan, monitoring and tracking the projects through delivery, managing supply chains, and driving cost efficiencies.

Commenting on the contract, Turner & Townsend's director, Hudson Fountain, said: “Ensuring consistency and efficient use of resources is essential for a global brand like Nissan as it maintains and builds its presence in the Middle East.

“Securing this Dubai-based engagement in addition to our regional and global appointments, further strengthens our relationship with Nissan to achieve these objectives.”
