Construction of Azizi Developments' Farishta in Al Furjan 92% complete

Structural work on the Dubai project is nearing full completion, with external works currently 70% complete

Construction work on UAE real estate developer Azizi Developments’ Farishta-branded homes – among the developer’s 20 projects in Dubai's Al Furjan neighbourhood – is 92% complete, with delivery set to be carried out as scheduled in Q4 2019.

In a statement, Azizi Developments said that structural work on the building was nearing full completion, and blockwork activities were 99% complete.

Tiling and heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning works were respectively 99% and 92% complete, with external works noting 70% progress.

The second fix of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works was 95% complete, while façade and overall finishing activities respectively recorded 92% and 89% progress.

A 284-unit residential tower, Farishta comprises 137 studios, 124 one-bedroom, and 15 two-bedroom apartments, in addition to eight penthouses.

Commenting on the construction milestone, chief executive officer of Azizi Developments, Farhad Azizi, said: “It fills us with pride to know that we will soon be delivering another remarkable project in Al Furjan."
