Azizi Developments posts 5.9 million safe man-hours in Q3 2019
Developer reveals construction milestones on Azizi Riviera, Mina by Azizi, Azizi Star, Azizi Shaista, and other Dubai projects
Mirwais Azizi-chaired and Farhad Azizi-led real estate developer Azizi Developments recorded 5.9 million safe man-hours, poured nearly 149,686 tonnes of concrete, and constructed structures spanning an area of 12ha across all its active construction sites in Dubai so far in Q3 2019, casting more than 117 slabs and erecting 45 cranes across its sites in Meydan, Al Furjan, Downtown Jebel Ali, Palm Jumeirah, and Dubai Healthcare City.
Construction work on Azizi Developments’ Al Furjan projects – comprising Star, Shaista, and Samia – is respectively 70%, 72%, and 89% complete, while progress on its Farishta, Plaza, and Aura projects in Jebel Ali respecitvely stands at 92%, 88%, and 60%.
Work on the Azizi Riviera waterfront development in Meydan One, Mohammed Bin Rashid City, is also progressing.
Phase 1 of Azizi Riviera has recorded 53% progress, while Phases 2 and 3 are 35% and 22% complete.
Azizi Aliyah, the developer’s project in Dubai Healthcare City, was completed earlier in 2019, while work on Mina by Azizi is 68% complete.
