Oman’s Yiti Tourism Development Company (Ytdc) has floated a design-build tender for marina works and wadi protection of the sultanate’s Riviera project, located 53km from Muscat International Airport on a plot of land spanning 12km2 in Muscat's Yiti and Yenkit areas.

According to a report by Thomson Reuters, the scope of the tender includes "identifying the design gaps and to design and build the coastal, wadi infrastructure and marina works" within the project's 1.2km2 Phase 1.

Tender documents are available from 16 to 25 September 2019 and submissions will close on 4 November 2019.

US-based architecture and engineering firm Hok reportedly worked on the concept masterplan for the project, while Kuwait-headquartered KEO International Consultants was assigned as the design consultant.
