Deyaar's Bella Rose homes at Dubai Science Park 35% complete
EXCLUSIVE: Deyaar's first design-and-build project is progressing ahead of schedule and will be delivered by December 2020
Dubai Financial Market-listed (DFM) real estate developer Deyaar told Construction Week that its Bella Rose project, close to City Centre Al Barsha in Dubai Science Park, was 35% complete, with the developer's vice president of projects and commercial, Khalid Ababneh, explaining that the project was Deyaar's first to be built under a design-and-build contract.
During an exclusive site visit to the project’s site, Ababneh told Construction Week that Deyaar had appointed design and engineering firm Kling Consult to supervise Bella Rose's design in April 2018.
The 3B+G+18F project comprises 478 units, and its main contract was awarded to Condor Building Contracting in September 2018.
Ababneh told Construction Week that the project’s construction was progressing “ahead of [schedule] by one to two months”, with Bella Rose expected to be delivered by December 2020.
Commenting on the project, he added: “[Dubai Science Park] is growing fast and it is advancing, which comes as really prime for us to think about developing a new project [such as Bella Rose] here.”
