Dubai developer Azizi Developments has inaugurated its Aliyah homes in Dubai Healthcare City, with the launch ceremony attended by founder and chairman of Azizi Group, Mirwais Azizi; chief executive officer of Azizi Developments and vice chairman of Azizi Group, Farhad Azizi; and senior government officials.

Aliyah is a 16-storey project comprising 346 residences across 191 studio, 135 one-, and 20 two-bedroom units.

The project also includes 1,486m2 of retail space, Azizi Developments said in a statement, adding that handovers were due to commence.

Commenting on the project’s launch, Azizi Developments’ CEO said: “The inauguration of Aliyah, a stunning development in one of the most blossoming areas of Dubai, marks one of many completions this year.

“In line with our Year of Construction, we are proud to continue on our trajectory of delivering on our promises, and to once again underline our commitment to timely project delivery.”
