Dubai-based real estate developer Tebyan Real Estate Development said it had completed its diamond-shaped Sparkle Towers in Dubai Marina — in collaboration with Austrian crystal manufacturer Swarovski — with 300 of the development's 373 units now sold, and 75 already handed over.

Construction Week’s sister title Arabian Business reported that units within the development — which features two towers, each 29- and 14-floors tall — include studios, and one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.

Also included in the project are two penthouses, a four-floor residential podium connecting the towers, and additional residential amenities.

Sean McCauley, chief executive officer of Devmark — the company managing the sales and marketing of the project — explained that “thousands of Swarovski crystals” were fitted across various elements of the buildings.

Managing director of Tebyan Real Estate Development, Mohamed Faraj, added: “Our decision to bring this property to market has been rewarded by the unwavering demand we’ve witnessed from both international and local buyers.”
