Sheikh Saud opens $11m Grove Village mall in Ras Al Khaimah

11,612m2 Grove Village community and lifestyle mall has been developed by Master Investment Group

HH Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, opened the 11,612m2 Grove Village community and lifestyle mall, developed by Master Investment Group in the Corniche Alqawasim area at a cost of $11.4m (AED42m).

The developer states on its website that the project is conceptualised "from a shopping mall in Christchurch, New Zealand", and provides views of Jebel Jais in Ras Al Khaimah. 

According to the UAE’s state news agency, Wam, the two-storied Grove Village mall features dining, shopping, and entertainment options, and luxury retail stores.

The mall’s opening ceremony was attended by HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah; chairman of Master Investment Group, Sheikh Mohammed bin Saqr Al Qasimi; Master Investment Group's chief executive officer, Sheikh Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Saqr Al Qasimi; and other officials.
