Musanada's women-only beach in Abu Dhabi 67% complete

Al Dhafra project, spanning 18,300m2, is the first beach of its kind in the Abu Dhabi region and costs $7.3-million

A women-only beach in Abu Dhabi, being developed by Abu Dhabi General Services Co (Musanada) and Al Dhafra Municipality, is 67% complete, with the project, close to Al Sila Port, estimated to cost $7.3m (AED27m).

The beachfront project covers a total area of 18,300m2 and is touted as the first beach of its kind in Abu Dhabi's Al Dhafra region. 

The project's scope of work includes the construction of eight utility buildings with a total built-up area of 790m2, including administration offices, security facilities, lifeguard spaces, a car park, restrooms, a women’s majlis, various restaurants, retail outlets, and public and utility facilities for visitors.
