External work, and overall finishing on the Dubai project is nearing full completion, with façade being 93% complete

Dubai-based real estate developer Azizi Developments has announced 93% completion of its $72m (AED265m) Samia residential and commercial development, which is a 284-unit mid-rise building, comprising 137 studios, 124 one-bedroom units, 15 two-bedroom apartments, and eight penthouses in Al Furjan, Dubai.

According to the company, 95% of the tiling; 96% of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); 84% of the external works; 98% of the swimming pool; 91% of the overall finishing; 98% of the elevator; and 93% of the façade have been completed. The structure, blockwork, and internal plaster have also been completed.

The Samia project, which covers a total gross floor area of 1.83ha, includes a retail area, with 11 outlets spanning 7,000m2, as well as two swimming pools, a gymnasium, a sauna, and a steam room.

The building is close to the Route 2020 metro station, Dubai Marina, JBR, Sheikh Zayed Road, and Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, and also offers direct access to the Al Maktoum International Airport, as well as to the Expo 2020 site.

Commenting on the milestone, head of construction operations at Azizi Developments, Alexandros Pounentis, said: “We are working with renowned, and well-established contractors to deliver our project on time, and meet the highest standards of build quality, and excellence."
