Bloom Properties' Bloom Towers, Bloom Heights eye 2020 handover
Construction work on Bloom Towers and Bloom Heights 41% and 30% complete, with MEP, structural, finishing works under way
Abu Dhabi-based real estate developer, Bloom Properties, has noted progress on its projects located within the UAE capital’s Saadiyat Island and in Jumeirah Village Circle in Dubai, with the developer’s Park View and Soho Square being currently handed over, whilst Bloom Towers and Bloom Heights being on-track to be delivered late in 2020.
Construction work on the developer’s three-towered residential development, Bloom Towers is 41% complete, with main work advancing across the project. The project’s mobilisation and foundation and enabling works have been completed, while structural works, internal finishing, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works have been progressing steadily.
Bloom Towers comprises 944 residential units, ranging from studios to one-bedroom units.
The two-towered Bloom Heights features 686 residential units ranging from studios to one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Construction work on the project is 30% complete followed by mobilisation, as well as foundation and enabling works.
MEP, structural works, blockworks, and finishes for the project are currently under way.
