Azizi adds 6,000 workers to speed up construction of Riviera project

UAE private developer Azizi Developments has supplemented the workforce to enhance the construction pace at its four-phased residential mega project, Riviera in MBR City, Dubai.

The completion of the project’s first phase currently stands at 54%, while phase 2 and phase 3 are at 36% and 22% respectively. So far, 198 slabs have been casted, 740,855 tonnes of concrete have been poured, and 31 cranes have been erected.

With more than 16k residential units across 71 buildings, overlooking a retail boulevard and a canal walk, Riviera is Azizi’s flagship project.

The added workforce is line with the developer marking 2019 as its Year of Construction, dedicating it to the swift construction of its ongoing projects.

Commenting on the expanded workforce, executive director - engineering division at Azizi Developments, Mohamed Ragheb, said: “The addition of this sizable workforce to Riviera helps us ensure timely delivery, as well as the world-class standards of quality and aesthetics that we pride ourselves with. This community has an allure unlike any other, which is reflected in it being one of our most well-received projects with an outstanding investor response.”
