Construction on Azizi's Mina in Palm Jumeirah 85% complete
Blockwork on the 178-unit project is nearing full completion, with internal plastering, MEP, HVAC currently 98%, 91%, 77% complete
Dubai-based private real estate developer, Azizi Developments, has marked 85% completion of construction work on its 178-unit luxury residential development Mina, located in Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah.
The developer behind the $3.2bn Aiziz Riviera, said that blockwork on the project was 99% complete, followed by internal plastering that noted 98% completion. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works, and heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) marked 91% and 77% progress.
Rapid progress has also been noted final works on the façade, tiling, elevator installation, swimming pools, and overall finishes.
With the developer marking 2019 as the Year of Construction, Azizi Developments eyes February 2020 as the expected timeline for Mina’s completion.
The 178-unit Mina features 120 one-bedroom, and 54 two-bedroom units, along with four penthouses that is spread across a total gross floor area of more than 2.3ha.
Commenting on the project’s progress, executive director of engineering division at Azizi Developments, Mohammed Ragheb, said: “The rapid pace of construction at Mina is remarkable, with it having been at just 60% in July 2019.
“Mina, with its built quality, landmark locality, mesmerising views and outstanding amenities, embodies a truly exclusive, privileged and resort-like lifestyle. It is a manifestation of our customer centricity, attention to detail, and contributions to the development of the UAE’s awe-inspiring landscape.”
According to the developer, over 69% of the total area within the development has been allocated for gardens, a children’s play area, a jogging track, and green outdoor spaces.
