Al Waleed Investment opens $27.2m 114-key Lemon Tree Dubai Hotel
Hotel includes a specialty restaurant, an outdoor lounge, a conference hall, a swimming pool, and a wellness centre
Al Waleed Investment Group has opened its $27.2m (AED100m) Lemon Tree Dubai Hotel on Al Wasl Road in Jumeirah, located close to prominent Dubai landmarks such as Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa.
The 114-key hotel will be managed by Lemon Tree International.
The hotel includes a specialty restaurant serving oriental and western cuisines, an outdoor lounge, a conference hall, a swimming pool, a wellness centre, and other facilities within the 3-star mid-range.
