Saudi's KSRelief implements water projects in Yemen’s Khokha district
During November 2019, 1,230,000 litres of drinking water and 1,365,000 litres of usable water were pumped
The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSRelief) has moved forward on the implementation of the water and environmental sanitation project in the Khokha district of Yemen's Hodeidah Governorate.
According to the state-run Saudi News Agency, 1,230,000 litres of drinking water and 1,365,000 litres of usable water were pumped during November 2019.
In addition, the Center conducted maintenance of tanks and bathrooms, as well as spraying campaigns to combat disease during November 2019.
The number of beneficiaries of the project has climbed to 34,614 individuals.
The project lies within the framework of humanitarian and relief projects presented by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and represented by the Center, to improve the living conditions of Yemeni people.
