US's Hyatt unveils UAE's 288-unit Hyatt Place Dubai/Jumeirah
Fourth property of the Hyatt Place-brand, the new property features 208 guestrooms and 84 fully-furnished residences
American hotel-chain Hyatt has opened its Hyatt Place Dubai/Jumeriah — the hospitality giant’s fourth property under the Hyatt Place brand — featuring 288 units.
In a statement, Hyatt said that the property comprises 204 guestrooms and 84 fully-furnished residences, and features Focus Café, Pan-Asian restaurant, Wox, The Market as well as Focus Bar.
Speaking about the property, cluster general manager at Hyatt Place Dubai, Fathi Khogaly, said: “We are pleased to open the doors to Hyatt Place Dubai/Jumeirah, the flagship property of the Hyatt Place brand in Dubai and the fourth operational property in the region.
“The opening of this hotel will allow Hyatt Place to continue taking the guest’s experience to new heights – through style, innovation and 24/7 conveniences that ensure a seamless experience for today’s multi-tasking traveller.”
Located along the Al Mina Road, Hyatt Place Dubai/Jumeriah provides easy access to the Etihad Museum, the Dubai Frame, Gold and Spice Souk, Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, in addition to La Mer and Jumeirah Beach.
Earlier this week, Hyatt revealed plans to expand its luxury hotel portfolio in Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Oman as part of more than 20 additional hotels and resort projects expected to open by the end of 2020.
