Wasl Properties begins handover of 257-unit Gardenia Townhomes

Spread across 1.13km2 area the project also includes 6,500 apartments, construction of which will be completed in phases

Dubai-based Wasl Properties, a subsidiary of Wasl Asset Management Group has begun the on-time handover of units within its 257-unit Gardenia Townhomes development, which is located on the eastern side of Wasl Gate in Jebel Ali, with the developer set to continue handing over the units until the end of January 2020.

The project features three- and four-bedroom townhouses and is located near located near Ibn Battuta Mall on Sheikh Zayed Road. Gardenia Townhomes development is spread across an area spanning 1.13km2 and also includes 6,500 apartments, construction of which will be completed in phases. 

In a statement, the company said that it had sold out 128 townhouses on 20 January, 2019 at its sales event, and 155 units on the following day.

Earlier this month, Wasl Properties alongwith Dubai-based property management company Imdaad opened a new library in Dubai’s Al Hudaiaba. Located in Block-4 in Al Hudaiaba, the community library, according to the companies is the first-of-its-kind in the area, and will be home to more than 2,000 books that have been donated by members of the community.
