New York Stock Exchange-listed (NYSE) American construction consulting firm, Hill International has secured a consultancy contract from Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange-listed (ADX) real estate developer Aldar Properties to provide advisory and supervisory services for its Al Reeman Phase 1 and 2 developments in the UAE capital.

In a statement the consulting giant said that the contract will help Aldar achieve “established project parameters in terms of time, cost, and quality”.

Speaking on the contract win, senior vice president at Hill International, Samer Tamimi, who is also project manager for the developments, said: “We’re looking forward to starting work on these large residential projects.”

Aldar’s Al Reeman Phase 1 is a mixed-use, master-planned community that covers an area spanning 2.7km2 and includes residential areas, commercial districts, and community facilities.

Located in the east of Abu Dhabi, Al Reeman Phase 2 development spans 1.03km2 and features low-rise residential developments.

The Al Reeman Phase 1 and 2 master plan covers 1,709 villas plots, a clinic, a community school, an early learning centre, a community police point, and three community retail plots.

Aldar had launched the $544.5m (AED2bn) Al Reeman development in the Alshamkha area near Abu Dhabi International Airport in January 2019, while the Al Reeman Phase 2 was launched in Jun 2019.
