UAE-based private real estate developer Azizi Developments has recorded sale of all 284 units within its residential tower development Farishta in Dubai’s Al Furjan, with the project having posted 92% completion in September 2019.

The Mirwais Azizi-led developer revealed that 74% of the units were sold to UAE residents across 44 nationalities, with 27% of the buyers being UAE nationals. Saudi Arabian investors accounted to 8% of the buyers of Farishta, with the remaining 18% being purchased by buyers from across 19 different countries.

Farishta features 137 studios, 124 one-bedroom, and 15 two-bedroom apartments, in addition to eight penthouses. The residential development provides easy access to the Expo 2020 Dubai site, Ibn Battuta Mall, Dubai Marina, and JBR.

Speaking about the development, chief executive officer of Azizi Developments, Farhad Azizi, said: “This achievement perfectly illustrates our mandate to drive foreign direct investment into the Emirate — especially with Expo 2020 just a few months away.”

“Farishta is one of the many remarkable projects that we are developing in this outstanding location, with 12 already having been delivered, several others to be handed over soon, and many more to come.”
