Sandan Development set to launch Oman’s first industrial park

Omani real estate firm Sandan Development has reportedly revealed that it is developing Oman’s first industrial park featuring a construction hub.

According to The Times of Oman, the Sandan Industrial Park will be located 35 minutes outside of Muscat in Halban and will open on 22 January 2020.

The industrial park will be reportedly managed by the private sector in the Sultanate and will possess the infrastructure that meets the needs of investors and service seekers.

The developers reportedly added that commercial activities are already in place and have begun recent operations of various construction related showrooms, a gas station, a bank, food outlets, residences, as well as many more to follow in the coming months.
