Dubai-based real estate firm Samana Developers has appointed Atcon Construction as the main contractor for the Samana Hills project.

Announced in September 2019, the $27.2m (AED 100m) five-storey Samana Hills residential project is scheduled for handover in Q4 2021.

Samana Hills is the company’s second project following its $20.4m (AED 75m) Samana Greens residential project, which is set to deliver 131 residential units, made up of studios, and one- and two-bedroom apartments by 2020.

Located opposite Dubai Hills Estate, the resort-themed Samana Hills will be spread over 100,000 sq ft and house 205 apartments, including studios, one and two bedroom apartments.

With studio apartments starting from $108,600 (AED 399,000) and one bedroom units from $163,000 (AED 599,000), various payment options make the project attractive to both end-users and investors.

"Samana Hills has been designed to the highest standards offering quality yet affordable accommodation with close proximity to New Dubai and a number of international schools," said Alan James Gammon, general manager of Samana Developers.

"The apartment sizes in Samana Hills range from 360 to 1,375 sq ft.The project features an infinity pool, sauna, steam, gymnasium, children’s play area, shaded parking and smart home technology."
