Saudi's King Abdullah Economic City launches Phase 1 of "Ashdhan"
The 143,000m2 housing project includes more than 1,600 apartments offered at competitive prices with flexible payment
Saudi Arabia’s King Abdullah Economic City has launched the sale of Phase 1 of its 143,000m2 “Ashdhan” housing project, which includes flexible payment plans and competitive prices starting from $98,380 (SAR369,000), during the initial period from 13-19 February, 2020.
The Ashdhan project includes more than 1,600 apartments, with the units ranging from 66m2 to 128m2, with designs in line with modern architectural ideas and the provision of all the necessary modern solutions for residents, according to the state-run Saudi Press Agency.
Sales for Phase 1 of the project will be conducted from the Sales Centre of the Economic City on Prince Sultan Street in Jeddah.
The head of the Quality of Life sector in the King Abdullah Economic City, Anas bin Tariq Najmi, said that the King Abdullah Economic City has recently witnessed a wide demand for its various residential products that suit all levels of income.
Phase 1 of the Ashdhan housing project aims to provide a modern life at affordable prices and accessibility to all, indicating that the project is one of the quality of life programs for the economic city, in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
The residential neighbourhoods will be supported by a wide range of services, including a restaurants, shops, health care services, educational facilities, sporting and recreational facilities, as well as mosques and gardens.
