Eagle Hills Sharjah, a joint venture between Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) and Eagle Hills, has begun Phase 2 of the Maryam Island masterplan with the launch of Maryam Gate Residences.

Located next to Maryam Beach Residences in Sharjah, Maryam Gate Residences comprises six low-rise buildings, offering access to the island’s main retail boulevard, internal garden spaces and canal views, including the emirate’s Mamzar and Al Khan beaches.

Noor Residences is the first building to be launched of the six buildings and is located on the island’s commercial boulevard walk, offering views of the Sharjah skyline and overlooking the canal.

The seven-storey building comprises 87 apartments, ranging from studios to three-bedroom units.

Other features include access to the swimming pools, kids play areas, multi-functional room, gym, canal walkways, and podium parking as well as provisions for smart home automation systems.

Commenting on the commencement of Phase 2 of the masterplan, chief executive officer of Eagle Hills, Low Ping, said: “Following the successful launch of Maryam Beach Residences, we are committed to continue quality delivery for a new generation of homeowners seeking privacy, comfort, flexibility and affordability.
