Sobha Realty launches Al Ola units in Creek Vistas Reservé Tower
Named Al Ola Residences – meaning ‘high rise’ in Arabic – the top three floors of the tower appreciate Emirati buyers
Premium real estate developer Sobha Realty has launched its 33-level Creek Vistas Reservé Tower within its 743,224m2 Sobha Hartland luxury freehold master development situated in Dubai’s Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City.
In a gesture of appreciation for Emirati buyers and investors, who accounted for 35% of all investors in Creek Vistas towers, Sobha Realty has named the top three floors of the G+3P+33 tower as Al Ola Residences, which corresponds to ‘high rise’ in Arabic.
The tower, which offers panoramic views of Downtown Dubai and the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, comprises 330 units, including one-bedroom units – ranging from 487 sq ft to 558 sq ft across four different configurations – and two-bedroom units – ranging from 800 sq ft to 937 sq ft across two different configurations.
In line with Sobha Realty’s business philosophy to provide a comprehensive living experience within the community, the tower will feature amenities such as a gym, swimming pools and pool decks for adults and children, yoga and meditation zones, lawns, play courts, and a barbecue area.
Scheduled for handover in March 2023, units at Creek Vistas Reservé are available for prices starting from AED876,000 for Emirati and GCC nationals, who can also benefit from a number of offers including instalments of AED5,999 every month.
The eco-friendly tower also boasts sustainability elements, including long-lasting light fixtures, energy-saving chiller technologies, solar panelling, natural stone cladding, recycled rubber insulation, and water saving plumbing fixtures.
