Speaking about the move, director general of DM, Dawoud Al Hajri, said that the provision of housing facilities will help build the future of the citizens and of the “coming generations”.

Al Hajri explained that the municipality has been preparing plans and strategies to ensure that highest standards and advanced work mechanisms are being implied in the field of land distribution.

He said that the municipality has also been creating the ideal infrastructure, in addition to providing services to help create an ideal residential environment for the residents.

Al Hajri added: "Setting up various service facilities in these areas comes at the top of our priorities, which include mosques, schools, and parks, in addition to the various commercial service outlets, which enhances the inclusiveness of always providing the best for the people."
