Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi (KIZAD) has broken ground on the next four phases of its pre-built facilities, and launched a series of new development projects to enhance services and empower the UAE’s industrial and commercial sectors.

The development projects include warehouses, light industrial units, and showrooms that will be completed and ready for delivery from the end of 2020, state run news agency Abu Dhabi Media Office stated in a tweet.

The development projects in Kizad Logistics Park (KLP) 4 and 5 extend over an area of 2,50,000m2, and provide a set of multi-use showroom warehousing facilities, as well as 88 small and medium sized light industrial units and warehouses.

The units have been divided as follows: showroom warehouse units; small to medium light industrial and warehousing units; medium light industrial and warehousing units, and large teraced units.
