Arada begins handover for Phase 3 of Nasma Residences
Arada's chairman said it was a matter of pride to initiate handovers during a challenging period for UAE real estate
UAE real estate developer Arada has initiated the handover process for residential units in Phase 3 of Nasma Residences.
Consisting of 197 villas and townhouses, work on Phase 3 of Nasma Residences began in December 2018, with 103 homes having achieved completion. The remaining units expect to be completed by the end of June.
Phase 3 at Nasma Residences comprises a wide range of townhouses, semi-detached villas and Signature Villas, as well as the Sama Majlis Villa, a four-bedroom home with an open-air majlis based on an upstairs terrace.
The overall project features 993 townhouses and villas in total, to be delivered over five phases.
Arada's Nasma Residences spans over a 4,64,515.2m2 area in Al Tay suburb of Sharjah. The community comprises a school, a 13-acre landscaped park, a mosque, and two smaller community parks.
Phase 1 of the Sharjah community was sold out in less than a month.
Speaking about the progress of the project, Chairman of Arada, HE Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, said: “It is a particular source of pride that we have been able to hand over these homes during a challenging period for the real estate industry and the wider community generally.
Arada has worked hard to deliver on our commitments to customers while at the same time maintaining the health and safety of both our employees and our contractors’ workforces onsite. We are now focused on delivering the remaining two phases by the end of this year.”
