Dubai Holding's 508-unit Jumeirah Living Marina Gate now open

Jumeirah Group, the global luxury hospitality company and a member of Dubai Holding, has opened the 508-unit Jumeirah Living Marina Gate, a serviced-residence development, located in the heart of Dubai Marina.

Jumeirah Living Marina Gate is the third and final tower to be opened within the Select Group’s flagship Marina Gate development.

The development comprises 104 serviced apartments and 389 private residences, including an executive penthouse, and 15 villas that are available for sale.

The building is located in close proximity to the Dubai Metro, Dubai Tram, water taxis, and walkways.

The apartments, residences, and villas within Jumeirah Living Marina Gate have been designed to maximise the view, with from floor-to-ceiling windows.

Meanwhile, the serviced residence feature expansive living rooms, fully-equipped open-plan kitchens, lavish bedrooms, workspaces, and other amenities.

The design-led development is home to a range of facilities including a temperature-controlled infinity pool, a dual-level gymnasium, a 370m2 lounge for residents, and a business centre.

Jumeirah Living Marina Gate is part of The Residences at Marina Gate, a premium, waterfront development with a gross development value of over $1bn (AED4bn).
