Dubai-based real estate developer, Omniyat is progressing with the construction of One at Palm Jumeirah, which has marked over 91% completion, with the project set to be delivered by December 2020.

Currently, the construction of the development is focused on interiors, finishing touches, landscaping, and commissioning.

The interior design of the 84,541.8m2 project — that feature three penthouses — has been commissioned London-based interior design studio, Elicyon, and Japanese design firm Super Potato.

Speaking about the project, founder and executive chairman of Omniyat, Mahdi Amjad, said: “As the world was hit by a global pandemic, we worked tirelessly to maintain safety measures, allowing us to continue with construction and stay true to our promise of delivering unrivalled beachfront living. We are focused on completing this magnificent project by the end of 2020.”

Omniyat is the first developer to collaborate with Dorchester Collection, to launch its first ever offering in the Middle East region.

Meanwhile, CEO of Dorchester Collection, Christopher Cowdray, said: “One at Palm Jumeirah is the first project in the region that Dorchester Collection is managing.”

Designed by Elicyon, the units are sophisticated, layered, and opulent, giving these residences a timeless, elegant look, highlighted by classic detailing and rich materials. One at Palm Jumeirah uses natural stone and woods with glass and steel.

One at Palm Jumeriah is 105-metre-long and houses 94 residences and over 5,109.7m2 of gardens and other amenities including beachfront promenade, private jetty and two restaurants, alongside One at Palm Jumeirah Beach Club managed by Dorchester Collection.
