Construction of Azizi Developments' 479-unit Aura is 95% complete
The building structure, blockwork, and internal plastering, are 100% complete, while MEP work and façade reached 99%
Dubai-based real estate developer Azizi Developments has made progress with the construction of residential and commercial complex Aura, in Jebel Ali, with the project being 95% complete.
The structure of Aura, along with the blockwork, and internal plastering, are 100% complete. While the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) work has reached 99%.
The façade stands at 99%, with elevator works and the overall finishes having reached 99%. Additionally, external works and the swimming pool are at 58% and 85%, respectively.
Aura is a 479-unit B+G+17-storey development, which comprises 349 studios, 87 one-bedroom, and 43 two-bedroom apartments. The project is scheduled for completion this year.
The developer said that it marked the construction milestone, despite the disruptions being caused to the real estate market.
Speaking about the project, executive director of the engineering division at Azizi Developments, Mohamed Ragheb, said: “We’ve come a long way and are now in the final stages, with handovers to take place within a few months at most.”
A freehold residential development in the heart of JAFZA, Aura is located in close proximity to the UAE Exchange Metro Station and Sheikh Zayed Road.
Aura features two swimming pools, a gym, a health club with sauna, vast open spaces and recreational areas, concierge service, covered parking, and a podium level with over 836.2m2 of retail space.
