Multi-disciplinary engineering and construction consultancy WME has noted "tremendous progress" on Emaar Properties' Downtown Views II project in Downtown Dubai.

WME is providing MEP and structural engineering services on the project. The engineering and construction consultancy stated that during the early stages of the design, it was able to significantly reduce the technical and typical floor slab to slab heights, resulting in substantial cost savings to the project by extensively coordinating the services to minimise the required distribution zone depths.

The Downtown Views II project is designed by Archgroup International. China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) was awarded the construction contract for the $351m (AED1.29bn) project in 2018 by Emaar Properties.

The project comprises of three residential towers, 64, 59 and 52 floors in height, positioned on a richly-landscaped podium in Downtown Dubai. The total built up area for the project is approximately 296,424m2 with an gross floor area of 182,572m2, providing 146,832m2 of net sellable area for residential apartments.
