Dubai's Al Barsha 1 homes are due to complete in December 2019.

Dubai Investments’ new residential tower, Al Barsha 1, is on track to be completed in December 2019. The project has hit the 25% completion mark, with excavation and substructure works now fully complete.

Between May and December of last year, 36,920 cumulative man-hours were put in for the project. Work implemented during this period included the fixing of the structural steel columns for the project, which is being built by Dubai Investments Real Estate Company (DIRC), a subsidiary of Dubai Investments.

Half of the slab beams and 40% of rebar, formwork, and concrete works are also finished at the project, which is located within walking distance of Mall of the Emirates. Fujairah National Construction is the main contractor for the project.
