Dubai's The Residences, Taj Hotel in JLT due for May 2019 handover
Signature Developers' 46-storey skyscraper, which includes the 200-unit five-star hotel, is nearing completion
Signature Developers’ 46-storey mixed development project The Residences in Dubai's Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), which comprises a hotel branded by Indian hospitality operator Taj, is due for handover in May 2019.
The Residences, JLT will comprise 80 apartments ranging from two- to five-bedroom units, plus penthouses, under the 'Monogram', 'Autograph', and 'Signature' collections.
The skyscraper’s first 17-floors will house the Taj Hotel, and units from the 20th floor will be used as residences.
Taj's five-star hotel, the group’s second facility in the Middle East, will comprise 200 guest rooms and suites.
Amenities provided through The Residences, JLT include a fitness centre, a yoga room, spa rooms, and a swimming pool.
Signature Developers' director, Raju Shroff, said the real estate company expected to attract buyers that want to own apartments, or rent the homes on a long-term basis.
The Residences, JLT's launch comes after Signature Developers unveiled The 118 project in Dubai last February.
