Al Mouj, Muscat has launched the Ghadeer Villas project.

Oman’s integrated tourism complex (ITC) Al Mouj, Muscat – established as a public private venture between the government of Oman and UAE’s multibillion dollar conglomerate Majid Al Futtaim – unveiled the Ghadeer Villas homes project.

Ghadeer Villas comprises three- and four-bedroom villas with private courtyards and garden spaces.

Large areas within the ITC have been set aside for sports and relaxation, boating and various other water-sports, apart from leisure, entertainment and cultural activities, according to Nasser bin Masoud Al Sheibani, chief executive office of Al Mouj, Muscat.

With the Kempinski Hotel Muscat and Mysk Al Mouj Hotels already operational, and a Rotana-branded property under construction in the locality, residents of Ghadeer Villas will also be offered dining options.

Additionally landscaped areas within the property have been inspired by the sultanate’s traditional wadi and falaj systems.
