Construction reaches 85% at Azizi Plaza, handover due in Q3 2019
The real estate devloper recorded 76% completion on MEP works flollowed by 79% on overall finishing for the building
Construction progress has reached 85% at UAE-based real estate developer Azizi Developments’ Azizi Plaza project in Dubai's Al Furjan neighbourhood, with the developer aiming to handover the residences in Q3 2019.
Azizi Plaza is one of the 22 residential towers that the company is building in Al Furjan.
The second round of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works at the tower is 76% complete, with façade works at 66% and external works at 36%.
The building will also house a swimming pool, construction work on which is 81% complete and elevator installation works are close to 90% done, which brings the overall finishing works to more than 79% complete.
Speaking on achieving a significant construction completion, chief executive officer of Azizi Developments, Farhad Azizi said: “This construction milestone is a testament to our commitment to on-schedule delivery, highlighted by our ‘Year of Construction’."
Comprising 434 residences in a mix of 286 studios, and 46 one- and- 86 two-bedroom units, as well as 16 penthouses, Azizi Plaza has a total gross floor area of more than 2.55ha.
Last week, the developer launched Connect by Azizi, a 245-unit residential project in Al Furjan which features 190 studios, in addition to 41 one- and 14 two-bedroom apartments.
