Dubai's Lootah Real Estate Development plans new JVC homes

Studio and one-bedroom Living Garden homes will span from 28m2 to 111m2 and feature glass windows

Dubai company Lootah Holding’s real estate development arm Lootah Real Estate Development (LRED) is set to launch its Living Garden homes in the city's Jumeirah Village Circle residential neighbourhood, close to the Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed and Al Khail Roads. 

The property will comprise studio and one-bedroom homes spanning between 28m2 and 111m2. 

The project’s façade is composed of aluminum vertical elements and glass windows, with its interior finishing including porcelain tiles and countertops.

Typical residential amenities such as a gym and covered parking will also be developed within the project. 

Commenting on Living Garden, executive director of LRED, Saleh Abdullah Lootah, said the project was “a reaffirmation of Lootah’s commitment to be the top lifestyle developer and leader of innovation in the real estate development sector”.

He added: “Lootah remains steadfast to its commitment in providing the highest standard of living for its residents without missing on affordability.”
