Two years after the launch of its debut project, Nasma Residences, UAE real estate developer Arada has delivered the community’s first homes to owners, including 107 villas and townhouses from Phase 1 of the community.

Launched in 2017, Nasma Residences contains more than 900 townhouses and villas, and features retail centre Nasma Square.

Also included in Nasma's masterplan is community space Nasma Central, which offers amenities such as a gym, restaurants and cafes, and an outdoor swimming pool.

A Gems International school, two community parks, and a mosque are also part of Nasma.

Commenting on the milestone, Arada chairman, HE Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, said: “The owners [of Nasma homes] are today moving into a community benefiting from an exceptional location, incredible facilities, and a modern design."

Construction contracts for Phases 4 and 5 of Nasma Residences have already been awarded to Intermass Engineering and Contracting and Mohammed Abdulmohsin Al-Kharafi and Sons.

Intermass is building 302 Phase 4 homes, while Al-Kharafi is developing 178 Phase 5 homes.

The entire community is scheduled for completion by the end of June 2020.
