Dubai's Omniyat is developing Anwa.

Anwa by Omniyat, the first residential project in Dubai Maritime City (DMC) on which ground broke in 2014, is expected to complete and be handed over to home-owners by Q2 2020, with the $163.3m (AED600m) project offering 223 homes, 756m2 of retail space, and other residential amenities.

The project will be integrated with other ongoing developments at DMC and within Mina Rashid, according to Construction Week's sister title Arabian Business.

Commenting on the project, Omniyat’s executive chairman and chief executive officer, Mahdi Amjad, said: “Omniyat is committed to collaborative efforts that will contribute to the tourism industry of Dubai and the UAE, and also add value to the local real estate community by providing bespoke waterfront residential units for maritime industry professionals."
