Saudi Arabia-based residential and commercial real estate developer Abdul Latif Jameel Land has broken ground on its third residential project, the Dari Q development comprising 158 homes across two-, three-, and four-bedroom layouts in Al Salama District, Jeddah.

The project follows the company's J-One residential development in the same district within northern Jeddah, and the Gallery-N homes that it has also developed.

Dari Q will comprise two buildings divided across four quarters, with 13 different floorplans on offer.

According to a report by Zawya, Dari Q will include retail outlets, rooftop gardens and swimming pools, a gym, an outdoor seating area, a ballroom seating up to 90 guests, a games room, a guest lounge, and a multipurpose yard.

The development is expected to complete within the next 18 months, and, as confirmed by chairman and chief executive officer of the developer, Eng Mohammed Abdul Latif Jameel, the project is in line with the residential needs and housing goals as targeted by Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 economic mandate.

Commenting on the project, he added: “Abdul Latif Jameel Land continues its pioneering approach to residential development with the launch of Dari Q.

"Building on the success of community-focused living in Jeddah’s J-One and Gallery N, we are proud to begin development of this third incredible residential property in Saudi Arabia.”
