2,000 leads in four weeks for Azure Al Reem homes in Abu Dhabi
Developer Masaood Developments said affordability of home units was contributing to popularity
Abu Dhabi-based privately owned property developer Masaood Developments said its Azure Al Reem homes – located on Reem Island with views of the Louvre Abu Dhabi museum – had generated 2,000 leads within four weeks of its launch.
Real estate advisor Savills attributed the high project interest to a combination of legislative changes in freehold ownership models, and Azure Al Reem’s “easy payment plans”, which Masaood Developments said were created following an analysis of market conditions and customer demand.
Director of Masaood Developments, Ziyaad Abou Nasr, said a growing appetite for housing in the UAE capital was also contributing to the homes' popularity, adding: “Coupled with Azure’s far more accessible payment scheme over other residential projects on the market, it meets the needs and demands of Abu Dhabi [buyers], giving much more people the opportunity to become home-owners for the first time.”
