Phase 1 of Muscat Bay has completed.

Muscat Bay completed the first phase of its residential developments in Q2 2019, with the progress respectively adding 22, 33, and 200 homes – villas and duplexes – at its Wajd, Nameer, and Zaha projects.

Muscat Bay recently opened the Signature Parkland hotel at Zaha as part of Phase 1, and plans to launch Village Square and two five-star hotels run by Jumeirah Group in the months ahead.

The project was developed in partnership with Oman Tourism Development Company (omran) and Saraya Holdings Oman to attract more tourists to the sultanate.

Commenting on the project, Muscat Bay's chief executive officer, Hamood bin Sultan Al Hosni, said: “We are eager to watch the new properties and facilities in phase two grow and blossom just as the homes in phase one have been realised through our vision.

“In order to promote tourism and attract more tourists to the country, we need as much infrastructure and hospitality facilities as possible. When we bring more international chains to Oman, the country will become more known among international visitors.”
